Please check if every power connector from the case and/or fans is connected to your PSU properly. Also check if any connections might have come loose in shipping or moving. In cases where there is an integrated RGB Controller, please check all connectors there. In cases where there is no integrated RGB Controller, please check whether the cable connecting the front panel with e.g. the rear fan is seated correctly on it's connector.
If you cannot find any cause of error, please contact our support via this websites contact form.
Please note: The lighting will only turn on when the PSU is connected to a completely built system and this system is turned on. To check without a system, you would need to bridge the ATX24 Connector of your PSU with a special adaptor. Do not attempt this if you do not know what you are doing!
